Mario was very flexible and added a small work area that had not been previously anticipated at a reasonable cost. They arrived the day that we agreed to start the job. That was important to me because I had been out of town and flew back in the day before the job was scheduled to start. The pour was done the day before I had scheduled flights to go visit grandkids. It did take longer than I had anticipated, but since I had the time to spare it was not much of an issue for me other than concern that it might rain or that it might not get done before I had to leave town (I had already bought airline tickets)."
