They replaced all the old grass and weeds, front and back yards, with sod; replaced all the old plants and shrubs in the front and back flower beds with the new ones we had requested; put in a 4 station sprinkler system; replaced the old retaining wall with new limestone blocks; and put in limestone trim around three of our front yard trees. His crew did demo/prep, spread 5CY of enriched soil, 60 LF of metal edging around the trees, and 4 pallets of St.Augustine-special. Fernando personally watered and rolled the sod to make it smooth.
