His crew did demo/prep, spread 5CY of enriched soil, 60 LF of metal edging around the trees, and 4 pallets of St.Augustine-special. Fernando personally watered and rolled the sod to make it smooth. He helped me set up the sprinklers and explained the watering schedule. He even called back the next day to see if the sprinklers were working okay and to see if I had any questions.
