Nestor recommended this motor and are now saying that this is the "WalMart" version - support is self-help with a 800 number. The better motor is LyftMaster, which we were told that they would recommend, we could order, and they would install (we would, of course, pay him). We have praised Nestor for their work, provided references when called, requested quotes for additional fence work all to be left with problems that we now have to pay several thousand of dollars to fix.
