I was contacted by Eregon regarding my request. The staff listened to my concerns and the details of installing a fence. The staff provided feedback regarding the request and explained the steps of the process and cost. The staff maintained contact with me and ensured I was satisfied with the completion of the project. The installers arrived on time and provided quality service. Once the installers were finished I signed off on completion of the project. The staff reviewed the warranties and welcomed feedback. The crew worked very hard to remove the old and install the new fence. I am pleased. There have been a few issues since install that I had to deal with.

Between my contact with Ignacio (Customer Specialist) and Luis (Project Manager), they were always informative and patient. Communication was always professional and courteous at all times. They were quick to respond to questions and install dates. I would highly recommend their services any time!! The fence is exactly as I wanted it, providing much needed privacy and keeping stray animals out of my front yard.
