Once he stopped by the house, gave me a price, 2hrs later the job started and finished quickly. 10” of fence and a gate. Beautiful!

Meet with Christian for quote for privacy fence tear down and installation. I wanted the tree that is leaning on my fence boxed in so it would not lean on new fence as it grows. During installation Christian and team decided to create V shape to fence instead, the tree now has 2-3 inches clearing fence. I was not made aware of change of plans and saw it after installation. Other issue is gaps in slats. I understand over years gaps will happen but these are intentional gaps. Day of installation noticed the intentional space between them and now after slats have dried the gaps are more noticeable. Christian said job take 2 days, they did it in one but now I see it would have been better 2 days so slats have time to dry out before installation and cement more time to harden. They used quick set cement so I guess it only took an hour or so to dry. I asked about gaps but was told ? to avoid gaps it is discussed before project and slats are overlapped depending on budget?.

Workers were efficient and quick and did a good job.

Christian Lozano has a quality product for a very fair price. He's efficient and professional. His people are timely, produce very good work and they clean up after very well. I highly recommend this company.

Chris was polite and prompt in providing service. He was contracted to add two gates and expand the fence that was already in place. My issue is that after my bill was paid in full, we have been unable to reach him about coming and fixing both gates. One of the gates will not open properly and the other gate is no longer properly secured. Chris Lozano does not respond to any form of communication, phone calls, or text messages and his voice mailbox is always full. When we were able to reach him, he was to come by when he had time. We are still waiting and he is no longer returning any of our communications. I just want two functional gates as we paid a lot of our hard-earned money.

I recommend Chiefs for the fence work and customer service for promptly making adjustments we asked be made. Some of the boards were cracked and Mr. Lozano said that was normal. when you buy large numbers of wood you end up with some cracked. Our fence is 413 linear feet. I had him flip only some of the ones that were in the front area so they would not look bad but i’m hoping they wont fully crack with time. Mr. Lozano was very personable and helpful. I give low marks for crew leaving their lunch trash in place when they finished and it got blown into the ditch and green belt area. Before they left each day they would pick up some of it but later i would have to go pick up what blew away including water bottles. They left behind many cigarette butts, cigarette packages, wrappers and water bottles. Flower bed steel edging was pulled up when dragging old fence out and not put back in place. Mr. Lozano arrived while i was picking up trash one day and apologized. When they finished up the job they packed up and left without cleaning up and we had to clean up our driveway. What I found annoying was that after calling, texting, and emailing Mr. Lozano requesting a receipt for payment of the job; he would not provide a receipt. When I paid him he told me he would email me a receipt. After several days I finally called Anji to contact him and ask him to provide a receipt so I could have my insurance company proceed with my wind damage claim. I got my receipt that evening.
