They were extremely professional, kind and helpful. They did the work quickly and extremely effectively. I was living out of state and they were awesome at communicating with me and my property manager. They were very interested in doing great work and they helped me get a certificate of mold remediation so the house is all clean now! They also gave some referrals for contractors to help me put the house back together and their referrals have also been very reliable and easy to work with.

They were great at every step of the process. Initially provided an estimate in November. I delayed the start of the work. The redid the estimate las month (slightly higher, but more work). The arrived on time, set up great dust partitions and did demolition with negative air pressure to prevent contamination within house. The doused the affected portions, dehumidified and scrubbed the air in the affected area. When they returned, they decided to retreat and leave machines running over weekend, all within original estimate. If I had questions, they would call back as soon as they could. Marc (owner) and Jon (associate) were affable, professional, and dedicated to doing the job right and meeting our approval. I will use them whenever I need the services they provide. A++++

This is, by far, THE BEST company I have ever worked with. I do interior design, so you can imagine how many contractors I work with. Marc and Cabot are the most reliable, professional, courteous, and helpful guys around. They will do everything they can, even if it's the middle of the night. These guys have no equals. They truly care! And they ALWAYS do it right the first time. They know the business inside and out, and find ways to lower costs. I will never use anyone else. EVER.

I can't say enough good things about East-Tex Eco Services and Marc Patel. Marc handled my 4-room mold remediation after Harvey. I called a bunch of places for bids, and East-Tex was - by far - the most professional company I dealt with. On top of that, they provided the most affordable estimate. They performed the work quickly and did an exceptional job, as evidenced by the fact that the testing company said the follow up air test was the cleanest result it had ever seen. No one wants to deal with a mold remediation, but East-Tex made the process as stress-free and smooth as possible. You won't regret hiring them.

We called Marc and his crew to fix what we thought was storm damage from Hurricane Harvey. After removing all the mold, the real culprit was found -- some contaminated duct work. Thanks to Marc we were able to call someone to replace that and fix the root of the issue. The work was good and the guys were neat, tidy, and great to work with! I would definitely recommend them if you have the need.

We were very fortunate to get a recommendation to this company. Marc was great. He explained the process, went over what to expect and answered every question we had. He also provided valuable advice to move forward. Other companies quoted us insane amounts of money based on our samples from the mold report but Marc walked through the house and let us know what did and didn't need to be done. Extremely well. The personnel were very professional, attentive, sensitive to the disruption to our home and explained the process at every step. Although other bids on this job were cheaper, we picked East-Tex Eco Services for their professionalism and thoroughness they demonstrated during their assessment visit when they prepared the quote. They also were able to provide a turn-key solution by coordinating other contractors that were required to complete the project (i.e. A/C inspection and cleaning), Very pleased with the end result.

I could not have asked for anything more / better. Marc, Cabot and John are awesome! As you can imagine, remediation is stressful, but these guys made it so easy and are so friendly I was actually a little sad when they left because they had become part of our family for the week they were working with us. I should also note that the rebuild contractor could not believe the work he saw and said it was the best and neatest work of any remediation company he has seen. They were extremely easy to reach to schedule out for a free estimate. Of the estimates we received, their prices were the most competitive. They came out as scheduled and completed the project in a timely manner. Cabot and Marc were always very easy to reach if needed throughout the process. They are extremely professional and I felt safe with them in my home compared to the other companies we had contacted. Marc and his team were great! Not only did they remove the mold in the affected area, but also checked the HVAC system, the duct work, and all of the air vents in the house to identify any additional areas for mold growth. Luckily, there were only a few vent boxes that had mold growth. This mold was removed also and they sealed around all of the vent boxes in the house to prevent future mold issues. We didn't know that the small gaps in the ceiling around the vent boxes contributed to mold growth due to the temperature difference between the hot air coming in around the vent boxes and the cold air coming out the the vents. Since we have mold allergies, we are thankful that this was brought to our attention. Marc and his team were very educational, took the time to answer our many questions, and suggested additional safe products I could use to remove the remaining mold spores from my home. Since the mold has been taken care of, we are feeling much better. We highly recommend East Tex Eco Services to anyone who is need of their services. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again if we have any additional issues in the future. Their professionalism, knowledge, and quality of work combined with their customer-service focus was outstanding!

Marc, Cabot and their crew did a great job removing materials with mold and thoroughly cleaning the areas with strong and effective yet eco-friendly cleaning solutions according to strict industry and state standards. As I wrote in my lengthy review, for the second job, they were able to get to and finish the job in our home in Austin within just a couple of days so that I didn't have to re-schedule other contractors who were arriving shortly. They work quickly yet effectively yet follow standards to the letter. Also, in between the two jobs that were about a year apart, Marc always answered my emails about other mold concerns quickly. Great service!

We had a leak in our master bathroom shower from the glass block window. I had an air quality test done and found that we had elevated mold levels in our bathroom, so I knew it was time to get the problem fixed. I did some research, read reviews, and got a few quotes before deciding on East Tex Eco Services. They were very responsive - Marc came out the same day I called him to give me an estimate. They were on time (which seems to be very rare with other contractors I have dealt with), professional and most importantly took care of the problem! We had a follow up air quality test done and it showed no more mold in the air. I really liked the fact that they use non-toxic products, but more than that I felt very comfortable with having Marc and his team do the work after meeting him (you know how you just get a good feeling about someone?). So much so that I left them at my home while they performed the remediation since it was going to be an all day job. Marc and his team went above and beyond even after the remediation was finished. Marc met with the A/C guy to check for mold in our air returns and ducts, and even offered to wipe down our air vents that were dusty while he was up there checking. Marc explained every step of the process to me, so I was informed about what was going on. I am very pleased with the work that East Tex Eco Services performed, and I would not hesitate for a second to use them again or recommend them to any of my friends and family.

These guys were amazing. Super professional. They went above and beyond. A lot more mold was discovered as they started the job. They stuck to their initial estimate. We were so pleased with everything they did for us. Very nice gentlemen. ( On another note. They sent someone to give us an estimate to rebuild the closet after it was gutted and the estimate was way too high). Find your own person to do the rebuild. We got 3 estimates from different providers.

These guys went above and beyond to make sure our home was safe for everyone inside. Mold remediation was the main service and a very large project. Both Cabot and Marc are by far the most professional individuals I have experienced. They were very thorough, very flexible with times to get inside our home and full of integrity. When they said they would be at the house, they were there. Something very rare in the services industry. Brilliant company and I would recommend them every day of the week.

He performed a mouisture and visual check of the bathroom and surrounding areas. Fortunately, there were no signs of mold. While there wasn't a job for East Tex this time, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with a mold issue. He was professional and walked me through every thing he was checking for.
