The installers are great I own hvac company for over 30years an I was taught when you do something do it right because your name on that job .I feel the installers did that I'm pickie but didn't have to worry about anything they were just as pickie as I'm on doing a great job

Michael and his partner did an excellent job removing my 1981 tub shower combo and installing the new walk in shower. From demolishing to cleaning up the space, everything was perfect and to think it got done all in 1 day! Now every time I walk into the restroom I have to pinch myself and love how my new shower looks, not to mention a wonderful shower experience. Thank you Michael and team for installing a wonderful product!!!

at first I thought badly about Expo because my wife and I thought this project is going to be fast and easy. But after meeting and talking with the staff. I found that I was wrong about Expo. It did take a little time to get all the material for the bathroom because of the Colbert and truckers. The materials when late getting in, and then my wife received a phone call from Expo saying we got everything we can come up on Friday at eight o'clock in the morning they pulled up. Then I couldn't believe that just to men were going to do this project, but to my aspects. I could not believe that they would do a good job but Oscar and his helper showed me step-by-step as they worked. Oscar showed me how the drain was so bad that he had to change some of the plumbing to get the base in right. And after they got the walls in and hooked in the shower and tested it to make sure it was functioning properly and showed me how to use the faucets and make sure the grab bars were at the right height. and had me stand by the wall and marked the wall to place them on, and showed me how strong they were, and I could rely on not falling and as they were preparing to put the shower doors on. I couldn't believe how nice they look, the glass was nice and thick and move so easy and how they cocked all this seems around the doors to make sure they were sealed so water can't get out. And what a job they did not just did they change my bathtub to a walk-in shower but they changed the entire bathroom to a beautiful bathroom. I couldn't believe that this was going to be such a beautiful bathroom, and did not just changed my bathroom but they changed my mind about how wrong I was about Expo. I give all the staff at Expo a great thank you for staying with me and keeping me from canceling the project and for putting up with my bad attitude and now I'm thinking about changing my other bathroom. I am very handicapped and it's hard to get in the bathtub to take a shower without help from my wife. But now I can get in and out without any help. Thanks to Oscar and the staff from Expo and my wife loves the bathroom. And can't believe it would turn out so nice

It didn't start off well...but the finish is excellent!! The first salesman we spoke with was rude, but the owner Paul reached out to us, and came and gave us an estimate, and we decided to go with them. The first day of install didn't go very well either...the subcontractor lost a tire/wheel on his truck and didn't arrive till noon. Then when they finally got started, they were doing a sub-par job. But after a quick call to Paul, their supervisor was sent down and everything was finished perfectly! I did run into some problems but Paul bent over backwards to make sure we are completely happy! I haven't seen management that cares in a long time, but Paul and his team truly cares!!
