Absolutely 100% satisfied with all aspects of the service. A water leak, with no outward signs of where it was, was discovered during inspection. I contacted Eric's through Angi's and was assigned an appointment for the next morning. Communication regarding when and who was coming was excellent.
The service tech assigned was Brendon Whitney and he was a consummate professional in all aspects. He quickly, but thoroughly, looked for possible causes then, based on experience, figured the leak to be in the transition between PVC supply and copper going into house. After approximately 30 minutes of digging in tough soil he did locate the leak, which showed no tale-tell signs otherwise. He consulted with me about repair options prior to beginning repair and documented every step with a phone camera. The problem was quickly resolved, including a couple of additional items I wanted addressed. After he left I received an invoice email from the company including photos of the entire process.

Eric stopped at the assigned time, he was courteous and easy to talk to. I explained the situation and within a few minutes he determined it was our water softening system that was causing the problem. Since it is under warranty he suggested I call the dealer. Eric did not charge a service fee, and also sent me an estimate to take steps to improve our water pressure. I will be using him again the next time I need a plumber.

Be careful...They are more fixated on selling an Angi contract than fixing your plumbing issues. Had to hire another plumber to fix our problem. Paid for 2 plumbers and it was a simple fix.
