Dishonest. I was told free estimate but when tech arrived he said it was $150. Also tech didn?t know anything about gas applications . The owner is very unprofessional and scrupulous. I will be complaining to Toll Brothers about their service. Overall Incompetent. The Atmos gas company turned off fireplace gas so it could get repaired. Atmos gas guy was here for 15 minutes, didn?t drilll holes or anything. But Excalibur plumbing repairman didn?t know how to turn gas back on. Plus said I had to pay $150; for a free estimate. Owner on phone lied to me twice saying free estimate. Company is incompetent AND Dishonest.

We had 5 companies provide bids, most were very hard sell upsell bs with confusing explanations and wildly varying prices for similar heaters, but not Excalibur. They were incredibly straightforward, honest, and provided an excellent offer. They showed up on time, skilfully installed in around 1 hour, and politely endured my 10,000 questions. Only two days into installation of the new hot water heater and all good so far. I would definitely recommend Excalibur.

I had a leak and having problems getting someone to come over asap. I called because I saw the positive reviews on Angie's List. By luck, the had someone cover right over. They fixed my problem and at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend these folks.

Offered multiple Warranty packages and was by far the best price.

They explained everything including costs before they started work. Very upfront and straight shooters I would definitely use them again.
