"The owner was very prompt in getting to us at the designated time. His office was very nice in getting us an appointment for the next day.
He had a gas "sniffer", an expensive piece of equipment that detected leaks in two locations. A gas company person could not locate the leak or would not even admit that there was a leak. The company man did not have the right equipment to detect a leak.
All went smooth and he was gone in 1.5 hours after doing a fine job and checking out the other parts of the stove before leaving.

"I asked for an appliance repairman and received a call back almost immediately. Cody was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. He had a cancellation and was able to come earlier when I gave him the go-ahead. He determined that I need a new heating element. He went and got it and came right back and installed it. A few days later I noticed the door wasn't closing right. He made an appointment for the next day and came and took care of the problem. Fortunately, there was not a problem with the Gas Water Heater but the Pilot Light had gone out.
