Horrible work, extremely poorly done fence. Please do not use this company!

Wrong color of fencing ordered. We accepted wrong color only to hear from Ed Torres he didn?t realize our land was uneven. I have uploaded pictures of his idea to fix it, ended up with a ten foot fence and 6 foot gates. Screws in vinyl, the fence is 9 months old and is falling down! Ed Torres lies, tells you things can?t be done then tells me well they could but I wasn?t spending 10k to fix the mistakes. This was supposed to be a 32k fence, we paid 25k and stopped after he would not fix the issues. He gaslights you and tells you you?re wrong, or you didn?t understand. No, he lies right to your face while he takes your hard earned money. See pics, these are taken the day after he ?finished ? our fence.

The fence that had been previously put up by someone else had been poorly done and I reached out to Ed with Texas Vinyl Fencing and explained that I needed security. He immediately did what was needed to see a visual of my property, gave me a quote and we got started. I have a large property so we have scheduled in increments for my benefit so that I can pay without difficulty and not have to get a loan. My property is almost finished and it looks beautiful. We have had several storms since I started the project and nothing has moved. I am so proud of the new appearance of my property, it makes the neighborhood look like a totally new place. The crew who has come to my home always arrive on time and they are very respectful and courteous and clean up after they finish so that there is nothing for me to take care of. I am exceptionally proud of this company and feel honored to have met them. Prior to working with Texas Vinyl I felt that people were taking advantage of me by doing poor work and charging lots of money and then refusing to answer the phone when a problem came up. I trust them wholeheartedly and would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services.

We had a really negative experience with Texas Vinyl Fencing. Owner (Ed) pretends to be knowledgeable about fence work. Dont be fooled like me. Avoid this horrible company and its deceptive owner. His crew of misfits are dangerous: from crooked boards, missing and uneven trim and picket boards, jagged cuts, I had to supervise entire installation and teach the newbie crew how to do basic things like use a level during installation. Many times crew had to redo their work. The boards are crooked, it was just terrible work. Then, owner got upset that I was making his crew do the work correctly, instead of just letting it be installed incorrectly. Total fiasco. Update: three months later, the fence is now showing state of faulty installation. Twisted boards, loose nails, tilting gate. This is the worst company. I filed litigation against Texas Vinyl Fencing LLC and owner Ed Torres reported to BBB to recover cost of fence which needs redone. Stay away from this company - youll get burned and lose your precious $$.

Showed up quick. Crew knew exactly what they were doing. They were the best price I found for the quality. The fence was installed exactly as I requested.

Great quality work, on time, professional and fast. They were able to start our project quickly and worked with us through any changes we had. Highly recommend for iron or stucco custom fence work.

The fence was installed incorrectly as a result of it requiring repair at least 4 times in the last 4 months. Fence is loose, gate creaks and loses its initial integrity, overall very dissatisfied with the quality of workmanship provided by this company.

Very misleading reviews and hard to believe that they do professional work, the job they had done at my house is definitely not professional

Ed Torres is old school, insofar as he returns phone calls, hires prompt, courteous professionals, and gives great service. We plan on using them again, as well as telling our neighbors about "The Torres Armada." In a word, BRAVISSIMO!!
