"Simply Amazing!!! After living all over the country, K & M Cleaning Service is the best service we've ever been lucky enough to use! We also tried out a few different services as well as individuals here locally in Austin that were subpar when compared to the thorough and fantastic job of K & M. I joke with my husband that we can't move again because we'll be hard pressed to find a service that does such a professional job from base boards to fans and everything in between. "They were a very responsive, customer friendly company. They even acommodated my schedule, which I appreciated. They used a new process I hadn't seen before. Initially it looked really good. However, after a month the carpets looked about the same as they had, so I'm not sure of the longevity of the cleaning process. The company was very nice and responsive. I really liked them and would give them a second chance."
