He is very professional. He is really accomodating; a while ago we had a lot of wine spilled on our carpet. He came out and got it all up. He is here exactly the time he says he is going to be here. If he is not going to be here on time, he will call.

They were on time, clean, polite, and thorough. My carpets look wonderful. They charged a minimal fee, they are professional workers, and they completed the job quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a hard time setting up an appointment with them but I had used them before and knew they did a good job so I just took what I could get. The price is a little higher than most but they always get out the stains and pet odor.

James arrived promptly and got right to work scoping the job and putting together a quick estimate. After securing my approval for the cost, he went right to work on the couch and then the carpets. He explained how the equipment worked, worked efficiently, and did a great job. We'd hire him again in a heart beat.

James cleaned two bedrooms and the carpet staircase in my condominium. James did a great job. Professional, organized, quick, efficient, and got the stains out. He arrived on time. No missing spots. Money well spent. Highly recommend this guy. He also gave me the Angie's List discount of $30 dollars so the total was only $82.00 dollars. The last couple times I paid over $125 and the work was not as good with other companies.

James was able to work me in quickly. He arrived on time, and did a beautiful job of cleaning my bedroom carpet, hall, and a small rug. I have mostly hardwoods in my house, but if I had more carpeting, I would definitely ask James to do the job. He's owned this business for about 30 years and does the work himself, so that speaks for his reliability and quality of his work. I don't think that I would ever use anyone else, and recommend Showcase Carpet Cleaning and James Herzog to anyone who requires a similar service.

I've finally found a carpet cleaner I'm happy with. In the past, I've had people who either soaked my floors, didn't remove stains, or had excuses for why they wouldn't be able to do the job. Showcase Carpet Cleaning was quick to respond to my inquiry and set up an appointment. Mr. Herzog was polite, fair, and extremely conscientious. He even gave me spot remover solution so I can tackle my pet mishaps between cleanings. I asked him to put me on his list of frequent customers.

This company was a one-man show and he came out to do the services himself. He was very dependable and trustworthy. He did an excellent job on my fabric chair. He also cleaned drapes and different types of tile. I have used his service for 17 years now and he also would point out things that didn t need to be done.
