Richard called to inform of arrival time that still fell within the two hour window even though previous job ran over. He was extremely personable and professional and carpet and section look great. Only reason for an overal B rating verses an A was due to fraudulent charges on our account several hours after paying with debit for the service. Sent messages to technician and owner regarding issue and possible security breeches on their devices but haven’t received a response."
