The product didn't work. The operator was unable to clean my carpets. They were not especially dirty, but the carpet looked exactly the same after he cleaned them. He only charged me $20 for coming out. I will go back to a regular steam cleaning company

He really takes a lot of care in his work. He takes extra time and attention compared with other providers. He gets out stains. He always makes my carpet look really great.

They were a very responsive, customer friendly company. They even acommodated my schedule, which I appreciated. They used a new process I hadn't seen before. Initially it looked really good. However, after a month the carpets looked about the same as they had, so I'm not sure of the longevity of the cleaning process. The company was very nice and responsive. I really liked them and would give them a second chance.

OxyMagic of Austin has come to my home three to four times since 2007. Rob is always very professional, always on time and sticks to his estimate. The chemical he uses for the carpets are non-toxic and dry pretty quickly, which is great for my kids and my pets. The quality of his work is like no other carpet cleaning service I've used. The stains have been removed, the carpets dry fairly quickly and I have referred him to other friends because of his great service. I will continue to use him in the future because when his work is complete, my carpets look brand new again!

This is a 'one man and a franchise machine' outfit. Turned up in his car pretty much as scheduled but didn't do a particularly good job. It was an end of lease contractual carpet clean (and nobody was present during the work other than to let him in) where the carpets were actually pretty clean. But the "cleaning" made the house smell much worse than it did beforehand, though he did try and improve it with some odor removing dust! It was also a very quick job, too quick to be thorough (and I think some areas weren't even touched but the operator claimed it dried very quickly - hmmm). Anyway, it was adequate for what we needed (i.e. a receipt to prove it was done professionally) but I'm not convinced this system would be up to a more challenging job.

"Hello, I'm sorry if you think we didn't do a good job. As you said ,the carpets upstairs were in pretty good shape and they did get cleaned but we always try to use as little water as possible to try and not get the carpet too wet. Some areas have to get more water/solution as they may have a heavy soil pattern. I believe the we got most of the spots out or we tried our best. I know that you said that you were not at the house for a few days, but when I got to your home, there was a bad smell coming out of the room where you had the cat. I'm assuming that when u were living there that either u didn't notice it as u were probably used to it or the fact that there was no air circulating in the house since you were not living there. I believe that if the heater or A/C was turned, you may not have smelled anything. The smell of the room with the house closed and no air to circulate most likely built up over the days that u were gone. We do have a great cleaning system and I do hope that u recieved your deposit back from your lanlord. If you give us another try at your new house,I'll give you half off our advertised rates and I'm sure that we can make it right this time around. Have a great day! Rob"

This is the VERY best carpet cleaning we have ever had! He even made the darkened area along the sides of the steps look great. None of the other cleaners had equipment that could get at small areas, but he could. The cleaning didn't use much water, so we were able to walk on the carpet very soon. He went over and over areas to clean well and deep. This is SOOOO much better than the steam cleaners! I also felt comfortable having him in my home. My husband and I just can't say enough about the entire experience. Not only was he reasonable, but he was very knowledgeable.

Rob always does a great job. I am really pleased with the outcome of this type of carpet cleaning, especially with an older carpet. The carpet fluffed out, and looks pretty darn good for being 16 yrs-old!

It went very well. They were great. They gave us a quote over the phone and they guarantee that rate. They definitely stuck to their estimate. The service technician that came in was very meticulous. He made sure that he covered all the areas that needed to be cleaned. He did the job very quickly. They were very good about explaining to us what we needed to do; they explained to us how long we needed to let the carpet dry and to wait to put the heavy furniture back. The product was exactly what they advertised. There was no bad odor and it dried without hardening. We weren't suprised or disappointed by anything. There wasn't a hose that hooked up to the van so it's nice if you have pets so they don't get out.

Rob arrived a little after 9 am on a Saturday morning and was at my home for almost 3 hours. He cleaned the carpet in my home and did an incredible job! The carpet is over 14 years old and it looks terrific! I had moved things and vacuumed in preparation, but he moved a few things I couldn't.
