The construction quality was so good on my bungalo that was built a year and a half ago, I decided to have the patio enclosed as well which was recently completed. I have braging rights in my neighborhood now. Very soon they will be replacing all th exterior of my home with "Hardywood" and painting. Louis, owner of LD remodeling, is honest and reasonably priced. He showed up on time when he came to look at the job. Then he and his staff the day of. Both were professional, respectful of my property and had a high level of attention to detail every step of the way. My kitchen island was standard, typically built and an actual eyesore. LD Remodeling's finish work looks like a custom-made Island that now matches and sinks with the rest of my kitchen cabinets. It's hard to find true craftsmanship these days that understands and knows the trade. Louis and his staff did not disappoint they are the Michel Agelo when it comes to craftsmanship."

"Contractor first powerwashed our sadly neglected deck, which brightened the wood considerably.  I had to provide the waterproofing sealant, and the kind I got had to be applied on dry wood, so he came back the next week to finish the job.  I feel much better about spending time on my deck now. I was replacing carpet after I bought the house, but the flooring people don't do shoe molds. He is very skilled and helped me with a bunch of other handyman tasks as well.
