The construction quality was so good on my bungalo that was built a year and a half ago, I decided to have the patio enclosed as well which was recently completed. I have braging rights in my neighborhood now. Very soon they will be replacing all th exterior of my home with "Hardywood" and painting. "Luis and his helper did a fabulous job on my 40 year old oak kitchen cabinets today. They look like new now! Also mirror frame and vanity in my bathroom were all water stained and ugly and now they are transformed! Luis is very skilled in many areas of carpentry and remodeling. Very nice guy too, explains things patientlly and listens to what you want. "Contractor first powerwashed our sadly neglected deck, which brightened the wood considerably.  I had to provide the waterproofing sealant, and the kind I got had to be applied on dry wood, so he came back the next week to finish the job.  I feel much better about spending time on my deck now.
