"My home suffered extensive damage when a water line broke on the second floor. I called Ultra Services and three other firms that were highly rated by rating services such as Angi, Google and Yelp to bid on the restoration project. The contrast between Ultra Services and the other three other firms was day and night. Ultra Services came out and took the time to take detailed notes on required work. Then they provided a detailed estimate that gave me a cost breakdown of all individual charges that I could compare to an insurance estimate. They were crystal clear about what was and was not included in their bid. As I learned more about what was needed, they cheerfully revised their estimate with the changes. Other firms simply gave me a final figure with almost no breakdown of costs, leaving me to wonder what specifics were actually included. In all, working with Ultra Services was a very positive experience in an otherwise very stressful time. Just as I was ready to commit to using Ultra Services I discovered that a friend of 20 years owned a company that performed only insurance related restoration claims work, and used the same estimation software that the insurance company used to align estimates and actuals. In the end, I did not engage Ultra Services, but it would be a disservice to not report that the quality of their up-front service is very impressive and highly recommended by me."

Robert and Julie really cared about our floors, from choosing the tile to the shade of grout they used. When the tile I wanted was out of stock, Robert found an available one that was even better! The installers were great, friendly and efficient. When we noticed some tiny chips in a few of the tiles they came back and replaced those tiles right away! "I worked with Marcos Hernandez from Stain it/Everest Paint and Construction to build and professionally finish a 2-story deck for the entrance of a duplex. He was able to work within my budget, and got all the work done, to code, and according to a very specific specification I wrote up (they even recommended some substitution and corrections where needed). Additionally, this might be the most honest contractor ive ever worked with - I accidentally overpaid, and he caught the error and offered to refund or rebate me on another project. Of course, I was very happy to accept a rebate on another project because I wanted to continue working with this company."

"This was the third time we've used Rudy. He was prompt and professional. I cut out a 2'x3' piece of sheetrock to install bracing for a TV wall mount. Rudy remounted the sheetrock I removed, taped and floated the joints then he retextured the area to match the original. It's difficult to match the existing drag texture but Rudy did a great job. Unless you know what to look for and where, you would never know the wall was repaired. We also had him come back to paint the repaired wall. For both jobs, he protected surrounding areas and was meticulous about his quality even to the point of retouching an area that I thought was fine but it didn't meet his standards. We will hire Rudy again for the next paint/sheetrock job."
