He reponded almost immediately to my post. made an appointment for the next day and was very prompt. His bid was very reasonable and lower than some others I'd received. He brought all the materials and equipment to complete the work. He restored and set new posts for my wind damaged fence and made some recommendations for changes that makes the fence more likely to withstand strong winds. He also fixed a sagging gate and installed new hardware and built a replacement door for a shed. He built the hot tub pad, and after the tub was delivered, he built a deck around it with some nice benches and a spot for my cold soak. After we got it all in, we came back with a few revisions and the significant expansion, which Eric's and his team knocked out. Eric was very hands-on in is approach , he kept the job site clean and communicated well. The tolerances are very tight and the work looks top notch!"
