When Sheldon finally returned my call he said he was too busy and would not come to check on problem for another week. He said that I was on my own and to call the vendor that sold him the pump. I paid over $7000.00 for lousy customer service and faulty equipment that didn?t last for more than a few years. Do not hire this company. "

"Our landscape architecture and construction studio, Twistleaf, contacted Texan Water in spring 2023 to assess the condition of an existing well at a clients property in Fredericksburg, in preparation for a large-scale landscape renovation project. Their technician was the consummate professional. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable, he took the time to answer all of our questions in person, then always followed-up with reporting and work orders as promised. After the initial assessment and with the passage of time, it was clear that additional work needed to be done on the well, which Texan Water executed in a timely and reliable manner, in concert with other trades working on site. We were impressed with the professionalism of their entire staff, as well as how quickly they were able to fit us into their schedule each time we needed them. This was supposed to have been fixed by SAWS but after a couple of months of waiting for SAWS, I called Texan Water. They scheduled me in and within a week, sent out Noah who found a way to plug up an old fire hydrant. I highly recommend the professional services of Texan Water to anyone needing professional plumbing done."
