We are Septic System Specialist - Not Plumbers: We specialize in and ONLY deal with all types of septic systems and Clearstream aerobic systems. Our technicians are NOT commissioned salesman. One call does it all! One stop shopping for all your septic system needs: site consultation, system designs, permitting, installation, inspection, maintenance and septic tank cleaning. No starting cost: When we are contracted for repair or new installation, you pay nothing until the job is completed and you are satisfied. Professional fully licensed company and personnel: Registered Professional Sanitarians for system design, Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) licensed Site Evaluators, Class II Installers, Maintenance Providers and National Association of Wastewater Transporters (NAWT) Certified Inspectors. We only employ competent, well trained, legal and tax paying personnel. Our technicians are not commissioned salespeople. Materials and Workmanship: Aerobic unit, piping, distribution system, tanks and sewerline are of high quality. All well surpass and exceed minimum standards, regulated requirements, and are installed with guaranteed workmanship. Fully insured including Workman's Compensation: If an employee is accidentally injured (back injury, etc.) on your property, the employees medical expenses are covered. Hiring a company that is fully insured means that you as the homeowner will not have to litigate medical expenses or liability if the employer cannot cover medical cost. A certificate of insurance is furnished upon request. Business Office: No problem finding us if you have a need or problem. Our office is located on IH 10 West between Leon Springs and Fair Oaks Ranch. The phone is answered on business days at our office by our experienced staff, not by a mobile phone, voice mail, answering machine or service.

"We were called for to clean the septic tank. Upon arrival the cleanout past the tank, located in the drain field, was flooded. This is an indication that the drain field is not accepting water and is an indication of system failure. In this case, pumping the tank would not have solved the problem. Therefore, when we encounter a situation like this, we provide an option to the customer: to still pump the tank at the full pumping price or to not pump the tank at the rate of a service call. In this case, the customer chose a service call and wanted to explore her options. I spoke with her several days later in depth as she had some additional questions. At that time, I told her we would credit the service call if she decided to have the tank pumped. We could have pumped the tank without giving any options and she would still have had an issue.
