Called Murry Walker on Friday and he came by the same day to check the well.

He explained what he could do to update and protect the pump - including directing me to

a website that provided a well report for my specific well. 

He gave me and on the spot estimate for the services performed above and his invoice was

right at that  estimate.

His well service technician, Dennis, was very professional when he showed up on Monday AM

to perform the service. 

He explained what he was doing and why and discussed the knowledge items that I needed to

know about the well and what I needed to watch for on the PumpSaver that he installed.

Additionally, Dennis did a very neat, code installation of all parts and cleaned up completely before

he left - and made sure that I had no more questions for him about everything that he had done.

Replaced well tank, pressure switch and fittings.

It turned out fine. We have used them in the past like three or four times because we have a well. I don't have anything to compare them to. They give good service. I would use them again in the future.

At first I was hopeful that the old pump would be OK .... the company tried to see if it was working but couldn't get it to function properly ... it was decided to pull the old pump ... the company said that the old pump tested-out OK but couldn't explain what was going wrong with it earlier ... rather than take a chance on lowering the old pump back down and having the same problems, we decided to install a new pump, and we donated the pump to the company for use for a needy family in the future...
During the job the workers backed-into our dog run ... they didn't say anything until we did, but they did repair the fence ....
After everything was installed, a couple of weeks later the PVC/piping in the well house developed a leak .... it wasn't a big deal but the company workers did part of the piping and worked closely around the pipes when the job was underway,and when they installed the pressure tank ... since the work had been done so recently I asked the company owner to come back and fix the leak .... he wanted to charge additional money and I felt that I had already spent over $9,000 and it should be coverd .... he did the work without charging but was not happy about it ...
The owner was likable, and part of the work went OK .... but it was disappointing that I couldn't get a clear answer on what happended with the old pump etc., and I felt he should have willingly fixed any follow-up items given the amount of money we spent with them ....

Murray is always very thorough. He has excellant people working for him. they performed the job to my complete satisfaction.

Murray responded in less than one-hour on New Year's Day. Was professional and very helpful to the homeowner explaining what he was doing at each step. Once he discovered the problem he immediately fixed the breaker and then took the extra time to mark valves and circuit breakers for the future.He actually reminded me about the $25 coupon I had printed earlier but forgot to present as he wrote the receipt. Five-star performance and on New Year's Day ... highly recommended, fair price a for very professional work! Will be telling my fellow homeowners about his superb service!

I have a well and one morning, no water. Mr. Walker was in my place in 30 minutes, fixed the problem, taught me to what to do next time and I have again water.

Mr. Walker is always very prompt. He has many years of experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for water well work.

The process went amazingly smoothly. Murray is quite knowledgable and answered all of my questions. His crew was professional and respectful and took great care to reassemble the well and test the new equipment thoroughly. He finished with daylight to spare so I could close up my well house in preparation for a major winter storm that was forecast to arrive within 12 hours. Murray gave me an estimate up front and the final price was under his estimate. Moreover, after billing me, he called to inform me that he had received a price reduction from the pump manufacture and passed the savings on to us. Murray turned a very uncertain experience into an easy, interesting process for me. I highly recommend Allied Walker Drilling!

Murray has always been very responsive and when your pump goes out, this is very important. We are very pleased with the quality and pricing of his work and would not think of using anbody else. We can call him and explain the problem and we know he will be right on it. Excellent!!!!

Allied Walker Drilling was very prompt, professional and was only out of water one afternoon.

I called them on a Sunday morning for a plumbing leak under the house and he came in about 1 hour and a half. They always come out right away. I was really pleased with his response time and he does A + work. Very courteous and nice man, Murry Walker. He has also done a well for me and he installed that for about 25-30% cheaper than the other guys. The installation was extremely fast as well. I have used him several times.
