"I hired Viking to iinstall new tank and pump. The pump went out so I called for repair service. I had no water for almost a week. Calls went unreturned. When Sheldon finally returned my call he said he was too busy and would not come to check on problem for another week. He said that I was on my own and to call the vendor that sold him the pump. I paid over $7000.00 for lousy customer service and faulty equipment that didn?t last for more than a few years. Do not hire this company. "

"In the middle of August (106 deg.) when everyone was having busted water pipes… Texan Water came out and did a SUPERB job of getting the gushing water flow stopped. This was supposed to have been fixed by SAWS but after a couple of months of waiting for SAWS, I called Texan Water. They scheduled me in and within a week, sent out Noah who found a way to plug up an old fire hydrant. "The Tatsch pump guy cut one pvc pipe and drained the bladder tank. Told me I needed a new bladder tank, and that I could get one from tractor supply. He charged us 190.00 and left. I got a tank from tsc and installed it myself, which was his recommendation. I now still have the same problem and have not only been out his service call fee, but also the price of the new tank. When I called them about it, all I got was voice mail and no return call. Very unprofessional. A total waste of money and time and now I have to call someone else that actually knows what they are doing."
