When Sheldon finally returned my call he said he was too busy and would not come to check on problem for another week. He said that I was on my own and to call the vendor that sold him the pump. I paid over $7000.00 for lousy customer service and faulty equipment that didn?t last for more than a few years. Do not hire this company. "

After the initial assessment and with the passage of time, it was clear that additional work needed to be done on the well, which Texan Water executed in a timely and reliable manner, in concert with other trades working on site.
