Being a senior citizen & alone, I am hesitant to deal with contractors. Melissa worked with me on financing options & walked me through the whole process, even speaking with my son after hours to exlplain the process. They scheduled My roof quickly and the whole team was courteous and professional. Roland himself even came by to check on the roof. I feel safe and comfortable knowing I chose a company that actually cares about people. I am so happy and grateful to Melissa and Rolands"

"Almost giving up our search for a roofing company in Kerr County, TX, we finally found Cypress Roofing in Kerrville on Angie's List. After contacting the company, the owner Mr. Albert Martinez came to inspect and give us options for leak repairs. We also asked for a quote for a new standing seam metal roof. "Shane called to say they would be a little late because they had a call back. That was OK and nice to know they responded to previous customers. There were some bad stains on the house from gutter overrun and the stains are gone. We have oak and elm trees and a new roof and we were told our gutters were the worst ever seen. They cleaned them as promised with no additional charge. The windows, inside and out, are bright and clean and the side walks look practically new. Nice people, excellent service. What more could anyone want."

The crews worked hard and fast even during a super hot summer on top of my tall and pitched roof. The crew were very professional. They did a fee little extras like fixing some molding. They were on time and cleaned up after they were done. I am super happy with the entire experience."
