Being a senior citizen & alone, I am hesitant to deal with contractors. Melissa worked with me on financing options & walked me through the whole process, even speaking with my son after hours to exlplain the process. They scheduled My roof quickly and the whole team was courteous and professional. Roland himself even came by to check on the roof. I feel safe and comfortable knowing I chose a company that actually cares about people. I am so happy and grateful to Melissa and Rolands"

"Almost giving up our search for a roofing company in Kerr County, TX, we finally found Cypress Roofing in Kerrville on Angie's List. After contacting the company, the owner Mr. Albert Martinez came to inspect and give us options for leak repairs. We also asked for a quote for a new standing seam metal roof. His friendly helpful manner and honesty left us feeling good about his company. We did buy a metal roof system from Albert's company, and it has been, by far, the best decision we have made for our home since moving to the area in 2001. Communication before, during and after the project, was top notch and thorough. We always knew where the process was and what would be next. Albert, the owner, Camden, Christian, Kyle, Tony, Pat, and the installer crews are knowledgeable, reliable and high quality professionals in applying metal roofing with a flair. In my years experience it is rare to find a Roofing Company that is â honestâ and that is willing to offer a â roof repairâ verses a roof replacement. Due to recent wind storm our roof needed repairs. Three Local Roofing Companies offered roof replacement at high cost. Granada Roofing inspected our roof and advised that they would be able yo repair."

"Shane called to say they would be a little late because they had a call back. That was OK and nice to know they responded to previous customers. There were some bad stains on the house from gutter overrun and the stains are gone. We have oak and elm trees and a new roof and we were told our gutters were the worst ever seen. They cleaned them as promised with no additional charge. The windows, inside and out, are bright and clean and the side walks look practically new. Nice people, excellent service. What more could anyone want."
