Texan Water

In the middle of August (106 deg.) when everyone was having busted water pipes… Texan Water came out and did a SUPERB job of getting the gushing water flow stopped. This was supposed to have been fixed by SAWS but after a couple of months of waiting for SAWS, I called Texan Water. They scheduled me in and within a week, sent out Noah who found a way to plug up an old fire hydrant. I highly recommend the professional services of Texan Water to anyone needing professional plumbing done.

We had no water coming from the well. Brice came out quickly and resolved the problem in a short period of time. He also helped us get a good understanding of how the system works and why we had the problem (too much demand). The pump wasn't pumping because the 'pump saver' was doing its job, protecting the well pump from pumping dry. Their calm and professional support was so helpful to reducing a stressful event.

We had a serious problem with our pump system from the cistern and were desperate to get water flowing back to the house. Brice and his crew did a great job in coming out twice to walk the site and review our problems with us on site. They installed a new pump, re-piped the pump house and de-bugged the water system once it was online. The plan was comprehensive and value for the money spent. From the gentleman on the phone who patiently listened me describe my problem with my home’s water supply to the young man who promptly showed up on the agreed time and who was knowledgeable and efficient to the follow-up phone call to inquire about my satisfaction and answer question , I can only say I was completely satisfied and highly recommend this company of professionals for your water wells needs . Brice was able to diagnose and fix the electrical problem immediately. Within 15min the pump was working again and I learned a lot of new information about the system. Couldn't have been easier or faster.

Texan Water is truly outstanding! I would recommend them to anyone who need any well repairs. Texan water is OUTSTANDING. I called with a problem with the pump for my water cistern and Brice called me on the phone and talked me through some things I could try to save me from having them come out. WHO DOES THAT? My problem ended up being a little more involved than I could fix with the tools at hand, and he came out to my location promptly and repaired my leaky valve. Very courteous and fair. I now have Texan Water on speed dial in my phone.
