It went extremely well. Visited the page and liked what they were saying and how they presented their company. Not a lot of reviews out there since it's a startup, so I had some hesitations at first. But seemed like a trustworthy startup; and I was right. Mike came out and not only reassured me by assessing and confirming what the issue was, but also gave advice and options on how I could prolong what I have now without pitching/selling me on what I need or problems that I'm going to have. Not the normal service call where the contractor was just trying to get out of there either, really took the time to understand and verify. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will absolutely use again in the future.
