It wasn't long before they provided the service, I don't remember when but I know that I didn't have to wait. There was on additional charge of about $500 on top of the $99. He showed me where I had a lot of cracks up the roof, they took pictures and he did some extra things like clear out a couple of gutters that wasn't included but he did that for me. Where it was was very steep and he went over there and found the problem for me. He was timely and cleaned everything up. I give him an A in the service itself. Yes, I would use him again."
