"My husband and I had our master bathroom and kitchen remodeled by Scott Design & Construction and we have been incredibly pleased with the outcome. Scott discussed our expectations of the vision we had for our remodel and budget on our first meeting. The second meeting he presented us with a floor plan and 3-D CAD rendering of the remodeled spaces. The 3-D rendering was incredibly helpful since we were able to visualize the finished spaces as they would appear upon completion. My husband and I are both very visual people! Scott met with us at a design studio to provide us with endless selections of tile, cabinetry, lighting, fixtures, flooring and coordinating color selections. His keen eye for design and color made an overwhelming array of choices a manageable and enjoyable process. The construction portion of the project was managed by Michael, Scott’s business partner and Project Manager, who kept us informed coordinated with us and manage all aspects of the construction. Michael was on site daily and anytime at our request. He was easy to communicate with and very responsive when we reached out to him by phone or text, answering or calling back within five minutes. He was always able to solve any problems that arose whether anticipated or not. He handled and coordinated all permits and inspections and kept us informed of the dates of filings and meetings with those inspectors. Michael promised us that the end product would look exactly like Scott’s 3-D rendering and Boy, did he deliver. We feel like we are living in the pages of Architectural Digest!We would highly recommend this company."

"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

Dan was very attentive of his work and cost efficiency. Checked with me each step completed to my satisfaction. "CrossRoads Concepts did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them if you are in need of some remodel work. From the get-go, they were responsive, timely and professional, and very easy to work with. I had a mess of a kitchen in dire need of updating. Because my kitchen was so bad, my original estimate came in way above the cost for my home. They worked with me to get the cost down to a reasonable amount while maintaining an impressive result. My home is a bit older and they were even able to match my 50 year old crown molding, along with making my kitchen now flow the way a kitchen should. I never liked cooking in my kitchen before but now, it's a pleasure just to be in there. Debi Franklin, their designer, was incredible with her choices and colors, and listened to me - steering me in the right direction so it all remained tasteful. I can't say enough about how impressed I was and still am, with their work."

"Expo Home did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Maurice our sales representative came to our home and very thoughtfully walked us through everything. He helped us to make a difficult and expensive purchase decision. The contract was signed Friday evening and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. The installers Ricardo and Omar arrived promptly on install day morning at 8am and worked quickly to do all the work by 4pm. They respected our home and kept work areas clean with tarps. Omar especially kept me informed of the progress of the project throughout the day. Ricardo as the lead installer was very skilled in performing the work and knowledgeable about all the details of the project. I would highly recommend Expo Home for your next tub to walk in shower conversion. Thanks to everyone at Expo Home team and satisfied to be member of their family."

"The crew did well. The owner Chris was good. They started working in February and I told Chris I wanted permit and he assured me that they would get a permit but came March and they never pulled a permit. They never finished the job. The first week of November they came back wit h the inspector. The inspector told that he needs to do one more thing and after that Chris never came back and I ended up hiring someone else."
