Description of Work: We had a rocking toilet with a broken flange and a garage disposal issue. They were prompt, courteous and explained what the issue was and what was needed to fix it. I would highly recommend this plumbing company to anyone. The price was reasonable and I paid exactly what they quoted. The young man cleaned the bathroom floor thoroughly before he left and took the trash with him. Excellent service!!!!

They did a wonderful job. I messaged them through chat on Angie’s List app. They responded fast and made an appointment. They kept me updated with several phone calls as the appointment neared. The repair person was friendly and quick. He brought a new garbage disposal and replaced it quickly. The new one works great now!
Description of Work: My old garbage disposal was leaking, and the sink was not draining.

Called Next Level Plumbing first thing Mon AM, originally had an apt time for 11:00 AM but they had to change my time to ~2 hrs later due to one of their jobs taking longer than planned. The receptionist did a great job calling to let us know about this hiccup and called again when the guys were on their way. I was really nervous this was going to be expensive because of the three things I thought were wrong. Turns out the only problem was the original shutoff valve needing to be replaced. The water spraying from the pipe was just the spray coming from the shutoff valve onto the pipe fitting. And the copper tubing for the disposal just had to be pushed up higher into the disposal, no danger of leaking from it. The plumber was very nice, knew what he was doing, and was pretty quick. Once he saw the problem, he and his apprentice had to run down the street to our local ACE Hardware store to get a part, then returned and finished replacing the valve quickly. The best part? The price! We'd used a different plumber about 5 yrs ago to replace the original shutoff valves under my husband's sink in the bathroom, and that had cost a lot (in the $300's, as I recall). We were only charged in the $100's, including the Angie List discount. Will call them again the next time we have a plumbing problem.
Description of Work: About 2 weekends ago on June 24, 2017, on a Sat (of course), there was a rain storm and we noticed some water on the kitchen floor by the sink. We didn't realize the extent of the leak until Sun when I pulled everything out from under the sink as there was now a lot of water on the floor that kept coming back, no matter how much we wiped up the water with towels. Turned out to be a leak from the old shutoff valve, probably the original one built with the house 34 yrs ago. But then I also noticed water spraying from one of the fittings from a pipe and the copper tubing from beneath the disposal had a hole at the top.

Wonderful and took less time than I had imagined it would. He always does a terrific job and is very meticulous (which is a quality my hubby & I both have also so that's important to both of us).
Description of Work: He's the only plumber that found our water leak under slab (and it only took him around 15 mins I was very impressed). We've had new plumbing performed and many other various plumbing issues. He's the only plumber I call now and has been for years now too. I'm so thankful I found Next Level Plumbing!!!

Daniel Massey is the owner. I would absolutely recommend them. If want to find somebody who's great, there you go. We have used them on and off for 4 years. Their price is awesome and very reasonable.
