He worked with us at a difficult time with moving and cleaning out the house and trying to make a few upgrades as well. He helped us amend the plans a couple of time due to changes we wanted to make but he always did it pleasantly and immediately and have them ready to go again. He also helped a non-architect inclined person with services such as where to get the best deals on copies etc."

During the design phase the GUI enabled me to visualize the final product, much better then just a floor plan. During the building phase I have been able to do screen shots and present the builder with how the area in question should look like. David is also very good at returning phone calls and not pushing to get the drafts completed so that he can close the project. He also will make slight modifications to the drawings many months after the drafts were completed without cost."

We ended up agreeing to the work as well as pruning the large oak tree we have. On the day of the project, the sod was delivered 6:30 a.m. and the crew arrived an hour later. I was impressed how they put out orange cones around the area for neighbors’ visual safety. Carlos introduced me to the crew supervisor, Rocky. Throughout the day, Rocky kept me informed about what they were doing and progress. He patiently answered all my questions and reassured me that I would be pleased with the results.
