"Dave was a game changer for us. I had previously hired a different architect, who would miss deadlines and take multiple days to deliver the updates to the design. Now working with O'Brien Custom Home Designs it has been a 180-degree change. Dave delivers or beats his target delivery dates, provided a very sound plan for the home (he improved the previous architect's work) -- both exterior and interior look great for our lake home. I plant to hare O'Brien Custom Home Designs for my next project. I highly recommend."

This level of reliability is truly commendable and gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process. Furthermore, the professionalism displayed by the team was outstanding. They were always courteous, responsive, and attentive to my needs and preferences. Their communication skills were superb, keeping me informed and involved every step of the way. "Building a house can be a frustrating process. If we could go back and do it all over, there would be changes. Except for working with Seth. He worked with us as we described our vision for our new home, and he skillfully crafted out each detail with precision and a smile. That’s the big part, when you work with Seth, you feel like you have an Architect in the family. If you are looking for someone to bring your dreams to life, you have come to the right place."

"I've worked with many architects and David Lawson outshined them all. He asked great questions and was not bossy and did not try to push his ideas on me. But a lot of his ideas were fantastic. Nice having an idea person to really help us move along and get a great home plan."

"Single best experience I have ever had working with a residential architect."

"We liked this company for our project. They met our deadlines and we loved their design. We highly recommend them. We are so happy with their performance."

"We waited 30 years to completely redo our 1/2 acre backyard space. This project was to be a one-time chance to create my idea of a backyard oasis. The Greenview team went beyond my expectations. We have seldom worked with so many talented crews on any landscape project. All the stone-work patios, walkways & walls were created by a true artisan. They even added stairs to a landing for me! They dug French drains, prepped the soil, selected & planted bushes where needed, then finished off by replacing all the sod that died as a result of the 2-month process in the hottest July & August any of us can remember. The irrigation crew was just as knowledgeable & creative as all the rest. I cannot praise these people more highly. Can’t wait to enjoy our new space when the weather is cooler & the mosquitoes have gone away."

"The pro done an excellent job of drafting my plans and assigning contractors to requested task. Available for answers and quick to respond! Will be using this pro for future work and recommend others do the same! Thanks Hank for being a dependable person!"

"After talking to six other companies, I decided to give Elite Arborist a try. Carlos came out to give an estimate on laying new sod and redoing the stonework around a tree in my front yard. He was punctual and listened carefully to what I wanted. He told me all the things his company does and how they could make my vision a reality. We ended up agreeing to the work as well as pruning the large oak tree we have. On the day of the project, the sod was delivered 6:30 a.m. and the crew arrived an hour later. I was impressed how they put out orange cones around the area for neighbors’ visual safety. Carlos introduced me to the crew supervisor, Rocky. Throughout the day, Rocky kept me informed about what they were doing and progress. He patiently answered all my questions and reassured me that I would be pleased with the results. I was very impressed with the attention to detail to the stonework around the tree, the meticulous way they prepped to lay the sod and the expertise of tree pruning. They took great care in making sure they left may yard and surrounding areas, i.e., street very clean. By the end of the day, my front yard was transformed and had great curb appeal. Plus, the Oak tree really stands out. Carlos also sent me information on after care and fertilization of the sod. I’m very happy with the results. I paid a little more than I expected but it was well worth it. When it comes to landscaping professionals, Elite Arborist is the company you need. These guys are fantastic. They have a true passion for what they do and are very professional. I highly recommend this company. Their work is top notch."

"Mike was extremely helpful and accommodating in designing the project, carefully explaining all the advice and decisions. His crew did great work, efficient and cleaning up well after themselves. When a rainstorm after the work showed shortcomings in the initial design's water handling, he came back and made the adjustments quickly. Highly satisfied."
