"They didn't go. That's the problem. It took two and a half months instead of two and a half weeks. Cuz I would never come over and do the job. And when you show off the work, nobody would show up, it was one person at a time and they weren't in the Uh, even in the orders, they needed to be in. You have to have electricians here to make sure everything is disconnected, if they don't disconnect it and turn off the power somebody could have gotten really hurt. Instead they left Live wires everywhere. The gentleman who said he was an electrician, did he? He, he would, he didn't do it correctly because he didn't put the wires in the condolence because he didn't know. That was part of Texas code if you don't go by cold, you're not a certified electrician. They just hired anybody off the street to come and do the job, that was it. They all were either, they were Hispanic in which it was very difficult for us to To talk to. And they just, they didn't even know Ruth who was the, um, Or just the project manager."

"Phil and I are so very pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of the entire crew from TBL. We had another company we were seriously considering for the build of this patio. But our decision to go with TBL rested solely on the expertise and wisdom we saw in Kimbra. "Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"Everything went on schedule, I liked the way the contract was drawn up and the 2 workers he sent to do the new siding and my new covered patio deck, they did the job with great quality and care every detail was checked over and over, Carlos and his crew helped me eith paint colors and the stain color for my new covered deck, I will be using them again in the future to do the total inside, anytime I made a change to the plan he immediately sent me an updated contract so we both understood what was to be done, I would highly recommend"
