The package was perfect, he was communicative and reasonable. I highly recommend and would definitely use him again in the future."

"Have been using this company since 2021. They have gone downhill since then. I had scheduled a tech to come out 2 weeks ago to fix a sprinkler leak, he came out and determined that we needed to turn the water back on to find the leak. He noted that he would be back in a few days. I agreed to this and turned the water on. When a few days came, he did not come back out, so I called the office and they had no idea what was going on. The office then scheduled him to come out 4-5 days later. After this the water leak has been ongoing for over 10 days now. I got tired of them doing the run-around game and hired another company. I suggest you avoid this company. I had to backcharge them for that service call as nothing was completed, I asked for a refund and it went on deaf ears. DO NOT RECOMMEND! AVOID!!"

"We have been in our current (and first ever) home for just over a year. After tons and tons of heavy rains this spring, hairline cracks and nail pops abounded. I, terrified and generally anxious anyway, assumed the worst: our foundation was in shambles and our house was obviously trying to fall into a sink hole. Fortunately, the previous owners had alerted us to foundation repairs and we were able to get the warranty transferred to us upon purchase of our home. I called foundation who worked with me to schedule an appointment. Carl Adams came out right on time. He explained what he was doing and how his machine worked to measure the level of my foundation. He explained to me the work that had been done previously, helped me identify foundation work that had been done by someone else (oh my gosh) and explained to me where to look with my city to see if a work permit had been filed on my property so I could figure out when those were done. He was not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, but was personal and kind in assuaging my greatest fears. My house is fine. He took the time to really explain things, he made notes of what other information to send me (real signs to look for, how to care for my foundation, etc.) I cannot emphasize how my anxiety I had been experiencing over what (thankfully) amounted to nothing. I sincerely appreciate the time and kindness and feel that he went beyond expectations to take a little extra time to teach me how to be a sane and competent home owner (at least when it comes to foundations!)"

They were patient with us choosing materials, and personalized our cabinets so well so this will be our forever home! And they worked well with my husband who is very diy, so we could be budget conscious (reason why the pics are unfinished). "

"The work Michelle does is beautiful. She’s creative and knows how to make a space come to life. What I like the most is that she is cost efficient. I’ve always had this fear that hiring a designer would be costly and could only be done by people with a lot of money to spend. With Michelle and her people, she is about saving you money, but not at the expense of the design. She knows how to make a room look beautiful without having to break the bank. She’s fun to work with and I love that I can trust her completely with my space. I can’t wait to use her again. Living Beautifully truly lives up to its name!"

"Overall Mario is a decent guy but left my entire project hanging after being Paid. There were still some final touches to be done and Mario just disappeared and stop responding to my calls & Text. I will never recommend this person to do any work after the trust I put into him. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS REMODELING COMPANY FOR ANY WORK. Few things that Mario didn't do that felt sketchy after I asked of him for a few times. - Receipts for Materials - Warranty Paperwork for the Work completed - Didn't follow the Backsplash pattern so backsplash had to be redone - Tried to Cover holes with trimming - Dented my new Dishwasher, Lost parts & didn't install it properly I can blame myself for not asking him for an actual contract before working so everything is in writing but I hope that this review will help someone else realize that he is not a good person to work with overall. Whenever you are working with a Remodeling company protect yourselves and ask for everything in writing before agreeing to any working or payment. Lesson learned."
