"I made multiple attempts to contact this company and never received the courtesy of a response. Perhaps my initial job was not big enough. I just purchased my home and have a multitude of updates I plan to do within the next year but wanted to start with interior painting with sheet rock repairs and install a French door that required cutting out the existing wall, framing in the door then painting the interior before moving on to replacing 900 sq feet of wood flooring. Phase two would be to update kitchen and bathrooms..... however, if I can't get a response for a "small" job then I can't trust a response for a big job."

Irving Trend Builders is comprised of our construction (Trend Builders) side and security screen (Trend Security Screens) businesses. Trend Builders is the name of our construction and remodeling business. We are a design/build firm; meaning we architecturally design our projects using the latest Computer-Aided Design and build the projects we design. "Once again, Trend did a wonderful job for us. After suffering from 5 break-ins in the early days of the Covid shutdown, many of our large windows were broken. We had to board them up and that made the inside of the church like a dark cavern. We managed to raise the money to have the security screens put on all of our doors and the sanctuary windows. This time, a year of so later, we raised the money to do two of our office windows and the windows in the fellowship hall. Trend and their employees know exactly what they are doing and sell an excellent product."

While you might think that architects only draw blueprints for buildings, they are much more involved in the overall construction process than you might realize. While they aren’t the ones swinging the hammers, architects do the following:
Communicate with the homeowner on the project request, including assistance when exact plans aren’t known
Develop computer-aided models and blueprints of the requested design
