It turns out that we had a bolt still attached underneath the sink from a previous water filter installation. We needed a different type of bolt and he switched the bolts for free! "Called several plumbers for quotes to replace kitchen faucet and Dewolfe's was the most affordable and reasonable one for the work required. Michael, the plumber, gave an estimate but mentioned that we'd need additional parts. He offered to get them for a small fee or if we wanted to save money, we could get it ourselves (which we did). He texted the link for the part right away and came back the next day to replace our faucet. He was on time and very professional. They were prompt but didn't really do much except replace sprinkler heads and charge $25/sprinkler (total $425), ridiculous since these heads are only about $5-6 at lowes & home depot. They never hooked up equip to test the controller/valves, etc.

Usually I'd do it myself but had a family emergency come up so was in a rush to leave town. These guys are a rip off as now, my sprinkler wouldn't turn off last night at all (even after unplugging the sprinkler controller). Had to call city of dallas to come turn off the water.

"I actually had another plumber out the night before and an irrigation guy out that morning, but unfortunately the other plumber and irrigation guy assumed that the plumbing in my yard made sense.  The Butler guys were the only ones I could find that could come out the same day (aside from Ben Frank, but those guys are way expensive) so they were who I went with.  They came over about 2 hours after I called and dug around and did tests for what I wanna say was about 2 hours.  Do you remember the building in the Ghostbusters?  How it was made by demon worshippers or something and the architecture itself would increase spiritual power or something?  That's how my irrigation system is.  I'm pretty sure the same guy made it.  Anyway, the guys were pretty bewildered but eventually told me that the only thing that could possibly fix it would be if they capped off a mystery pipe which probably went to a sprinkler.  They capped it off and indeed the leak went away.  I'll need to actually fix the sprinkler when it's warmer out, but I don't need to do that for now.

"When I ordered a heat pump and air handler I was under the impression that they would be a matching system. When they delivered the air handler I asked if this was an Elite and was told yes. What I received was an Elite heat pump and a lower model Merit air handler. I spoke to the sales manager and he said that he only promised an Elite heat pump not a matching system and was becoming irate when I said what I expected was a matching system. It was over 98 degrees and we were without air conditioning for 3 days so I stopped questioning what he told me, as the air handler was already installed, and they finished the job. This is an expensive proposition, and when you don't have expertise in an area, you trust experts to be honest and straight with you."
