Schaibly Brothers Foundation Repair

My parents hired Brown Foundation Repair to work on their home, and it turned out to be a terrible mistake. The company missed several rotten floor joists, a critical issue that any professional should have caught. On top of that, the leveling job they did on the foundation was poorly executed, leaving areas of the house still uneven. It's incredibly frustrating to see how my parents were taken advantage of by this company. They trusted Brown Foundation Repair to do a thorough job, but instead, they were left with a half-done, subpar repair that now requires additional work. I wouldn't recommend Brown Foundation Repair to anyone. Their lack of attention to detail and disregard for their customers' trust is unacceptable. If you care about the quality of work and the integrity of the company you hire, look elsewhere.

The crew were all extremely professional and very personable. They worked with my schedule to pick out the best time to start the work and kept me informed of the progress throughout. I was amazed at how quickly they got the job done and how thorough they were documenting both the before and after and providing records for all the work done.

As a first time homebuyer one of my biggest fears was my home having foundation issues. Unfortunately it happened and no matter how much I watered my lawn this recent Texas summer heat did it’s damage. This company truly cares for their customers they have outstanding customer service Anne was always on point with giving updates and working with my schedule. When it came down to the work Jake and Curtis those two they were always puntual, respectful, and most importantly honest. They were upfront and transparent about everything during the whole process I was aware about any possible damages that may occur and why they may occur and I was given information about what to do in the case that anything happened. Schaibly Brothers will give you reliable and valuable information, something I didn’t get from other companies. Everything went well with the process and I couldn’t be happier not only was this process fairly quickly but it was also very affordable. I noticed some issues with the foundation around the house and Curtis came by to take a look at the house and provided me an honest quote on what work is needed. The work was done professionally and a timely manner with no surprises. For the amount of work that my house needed, the cost was reasonable. Curtis had a survey done by an engineering group right before the work started to make sure that we have a benchmark that we can compare with after the work is done. My house needed to be dug up at multiple places for the piers and after the work was done, by the time everything was finished, the entire area was cleared up. The workers cleaned up the place really well after the work was done. I am very pleased by the courteous and professional service that we received from Schaibly Brothers Foundation Repair.

Super honest and transparent with the pricing and services. Everyone I spoke with was super friendly and made the complicated process easy to understand. Absolutely give these guys a call!

Fast and at a fair price.

Completed on time and checked out with independent engineer. Did not say we would also need plumbing inspector ( at extra expense) to be able to get warranty. Just be prepared. Some holes filled back in settled and needed much more fill dirt.

They were very professional, submitting a thorough analysis of the work required and arriving on the designated date and followed up with an inspection of the completed work by a structural engineer and a plumbing inspector. Excellent work, very satisfied with the repair.

They were excellent. Since we did not live in the house yet they worked after hours and weekend to help meet our tight schedule easier. They were also highly professional and all things considered quite tidy. Their was some issues getting payment delivered by my Bank, but they were understanding and patient. The receptionist was also amazing in scheduling.
