Actually I hired Crosstown Engineering to do a home inspection of a potential property buy. The company quickly responded to my email request and was able to quickly come out to the property. Daniel, my inspector, was prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. I received my inspection report that evening. Overall I am very satisfied.

The engineer was able to start earlier than the scheduled time which was great since it was during my lunch time. He explained the issue and also provided a little education on the various types of piers that can be used to support the foundation. The report we received was very detailed and will be useful when the foundation experts come to fix the foundation.

Excellent experience! From scheduling the inspection to completion, we received excellent communication, attentive and prompt service. Our foundation analyst was personable, efficient, shared information about the process and answered our questions. The engineering report was sent to us the next day. Highly recommend Crosstown. Crosstown's report came very close to Bats Foundation Repair's measurements. That gave me a sense of security. Also, after screening 3 other foundation repair reps, I felt Bats and Crosstown would work well together. Other company reps hinted that hiring an Engineer would be a waste of money. I did not concur. This would be my 4th repair. So, Jeff the Engineer came out and got it done, answered my questions and emailed a report to me, which I compared to Bats' report. They were very close. Crosstown's customer service also called me get my permission to send Bats the report. My experience with Crosstown Engineering gave me peace of mind. I recommend this Engineer company.
