"On the recommendation of our realtor, we hired OnCall Home Services to remodel the kitchen in our new house. In our previous house, we were burned by a different contractor, so we were a bit nervous entering into this project. Turns out we had nothing to worry about! Beau and his crew were great to work with from the beginning of the project to the end. Whenever we had a question or concern, Beau was prompt to reply or came by the house to discuss. There were no hidden surprises in the costs because Beau was always transparent and kept us apprised about any issues or needed adjustments that came up. He and his crew were courteous, professional, and showed up on time, every day. The project was completed on schedule and we're extremely happy with the results. "I paid $32,062.46 upfront. Due to non-performance of duties and/or responsibilities and damages to the property, it was mutually agreed to terminate the contract with Elizabeth Meisel on 2/28/25. Zack did not follow the permitted stamped architect plans and was provided feedback. The ceiling framing was off by 4' and the kitchen framing off by appx 9". Tell was made aware and still could not follow the plans for the kitchen. The original parquet in the large closet was demolished. It is estimated $800 for materials and labor. I made numerous calls, some not returned. Many meetings. Elizabeth Meisel assured me I would not be charged for work not completed. I sent a demand letter, no response. She is not returning my calls, now. I am now forced to pay the fees associated with ownership of the property and rent as I sold property to purchase this one. I am 70 years old and am forced to go back to work full time to cover housing expenses. Now I also have attorney’s fees."

When hurricane Ike hit in 2008, some people I had met and had became friends with received serious damage to their home. I had previously done work for them with another company. My friends encouraged me to start my own business so that I could personally do the work for them. It was a big step, but with their support and the support of my family it seemed like the thing to do. It was a tough start but after 14 years we are still at it, and business gets better every year. We are general contractors now and do full kitchen and bath remodels as well as hardwood and tile flooring, additions, flood remediation, drywall repair, fencing and everything in between.
