Find a Custom Home Builder
Mr. Cooper built our custom home, we decided on him based on his promise to provide quality work. During the process we ran into a time constraint and we decided to take possession of our home with Mr. Cooper promising to return to install our gas fire place this was in April 2024. He stated he would return in mid June. Here we are at the end of December and it still has not been installed. He has refused to honor his commitment. In addition, I have attached some photos of sub-par work that has not been corrected. Mr. Cooper was sent a certified letter with our concerns in September 2024. There is also electrical issues that causes certain lights to flicker. He said it was the bulbs, they have been changed to different bulbs and still the same issue.
Please do not trust this individual to build your home. While building, he will be very responsive, but, once the last payment is received he is missing in action. Because of his actions, we are having to involve legal representation.
