They give you a good price and the job was not finished yet they came back and wanted to change even more to come back and finish the job. I told them that 2 rooms were hot so they told me we can fix it when we go and install your new ac. Then they came back and told me that they would charge more. The 2 rooms are still not working correctly still not cold.

Terrible customer service and workmanship. Very kind until they get your money then terrible. Their installation of the AC unit did not pass inspection and I called for seven weeks straight to get them to call me back so we could schedule them to fix their errors. No one would return my call. Awful customer service, awful workmanship, and extremely overpriced. Use another company.

Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
First — the dropdown menu would not let me select Plumbing/Drain Repair, so I selected another unrelated option in order to save this review.
Garth did a superb job finding out the issue I had with a slow-draining shower tub. He fixed it and also checked to make sure the pipes were clear throughout the rest of my house. In addition, he drained my water heater at a very competitive price. He did all this in less than 45 minutes. He was professional, explained in advance everything he was going to look for and do before he did it, and he did not leave anything dirty or messy. I would highly recommend Will Fix It and Garth for any of your plumbing issues. I will definitely use them again if I have problems in the future.

This is the second time Bobby G. helps us with our plumbing needs. This time we needed a water heater repair (mainly a pipe replaced), and the installation of a new faucet. He is friendly and explains things clearly. He is also fast and neat in his work. What we felt was a complication, he simplified by taking care of it diligently. It is really a relief to count on someone so professional.
