"Victor’s team came out and stained our cabin and made some repairs. They were very professional and prompt. The work was excellent and completed on time for a very reasonable price. I will definitely call Victor again in the future if I have work to be done. Butch Gaskins"

"He showed-up on-time and made adjustments to the work per my request. I was impressed with the clear redwood he used. Good cleanup as well. I would use him again."

"Two fine men with steady hands, Built dreams with wood and strong deck stands— Austin, with a measured eye, Andrew, lifting spirits high. They came with tools and hearts aligned, Each plank laid true, each board well-timed. With hammer’s song and sawdust rain, They raised a porch from earth again. The joists were set, the beams stood proud, A sturdy frame that spoke aloud Of craftsmanship both sure and kind— A labor shaped by heart and mind. By sunset’s glow, the work was done, A place to sit beneath the sun, Where laughter lives and peace can land— All thanks to Andrew’s, Austin’s hands. Now every nail and timber speaks Of honest work, of strong and sleek— A deck, but more: a gift well-earned, Where joy and gratitude have turned."

"Russell replaced a very large window in our 60+ year old house. He understands home construction so well and did a wonderful job, not only installing the new windows, but rebuilt the rotten window framing too. He is reasonably priced, professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. The new window looks so great. We are really happy with the work."

"Luis and his crew did a marvellous job replacing our old wooden deck with Trex. They started when they said they would, paid meticulous attention to detail, and finished in good time. Luis kept me well-informed of their plans and listened carefully to my input. I would highly recommend LM Coatings for this kind of work in the future."

"First and foremost, they showed up to give me an estimate. Something that seems to be exceedingly difficult to get people to do. Second, excellent communication before & during the project. Our deck of unknown age/origin, which had an interesting selection of mushroom or some other fungus growing on it (along with some spray painted Greek blue from the previous owners), needed to go. The job was done quickly over the course of 2 days; tear down & build. The site was left clean and they also moved my grills/furniture back up to the deck after completion. Great guys to deal with. We'll likely enlist their services again."

"They did a great job building my fireplaceâ ¦friendly and on time"

"This contractor did an excellent job replacing a rotted wood beam on my screened porch. After removing the rotted post additional rotting was discovered in the support joists. He and his team made several suggestions as to how to repair. He provided cost estimates for the different options. Once an option was chosen the team went straight to work completing the repairs. The team was very courteous and explained how the repairs were progressing during the different stages."
