"We had an unusual project. Install laminate flooring over our existing ceiling. Sergei was the only contractor not afraid to take on the task. Our ceilings were 16â high in some locations . He did an amazing job. He is reliable, personable and extremely hard working. I would recommend him to anyone."

"Joel and his crew did an excellent job. Professional, personable and fairly priced"

"They were fantastic... I love my new patio"

"Had a gutter disconnect from our house during heavy winds. Patrick responded quick to my ad. Came over quick. He did excellent work, got us fixed up and reasonably priced. Will hire again!"

"Top Tier Construction installed 1,900 sq ft of floating floor for us and did an outstanding job. They were cost-effective, friendly, and their communication was excellent from start to finish—clear timelines, quick responses, and no surprises. The Tim arrived on time, worked efficiently with great attention to detail, and left everything clean. Project finished on schedule and on budget. Highly recommend Top Tier Construction!"

"The porch was done quickly. The crew stayed after dark on the last day to finish because of an expected snow storm. Did some last minute changes to accommodate us. There were a couple of little things that could have been better, a few nails not pounded on all the way, the door needed to be adjusted. Nothing major. We are overall happy with the work."
