"Last year in 2024 I hard them to come and remodel my kitchen and flooring. I am disabled and I have a hover around which I can take outside. However when the weather got warm I was going to take my hub around out into the yard but the door frame was too small from what it used to be. I called and asked if they could come and modify the door frame and they were quick to respond and modified my door frame from the kitchen out to the porch. Now I can take my hub around outside and enjoy working in my flowers. I highly highly recommend Robin's remodeling. They are a fantastic crew and deserve nothing but the best. "Old home / painting...it took three attempts to get the work done properly. I was displeased with the process but my account rep was attentive, appropriately apologetic, and expressed certainty that they would do anything necessary to provide an appropriate level of service. Project time was extended but the final product was solid. It shouldn't have taken three attempts, but Hood's went so far as to bring in a different sub-contractor as to provide solid work. I was pleased with the final product. New home: no problems with any of this work. Scheduling was difficult. I suspect that (as is typical with contractors) Hood's was overbooked / overextended. That said, the work seems to be solid. All in all, I appreciate the end: good work. I'm not sure that they'd be my first call the next time that I need work but I would vouch that they made sure I was (eventually) happy with the business."
