"I initially selected West Shore Home to do my window replacement principally because their salesman so much less pushy than the others that I requested estimates from. I am allergic to a hard sell! But their excellent service continued throughout the project. I needed a total of more than 20 windows replaced in a 70-year old home. Quite a job! Prior to the sale he was attentive, answered phone calls, returned text messages to continue to display customer service and finalize everything to ensure he got paid. Since then it has been voicemails, no returned calls or text message. When I call the office it goes straight to voicemail (assuming they see my name on the caller id). In less than a years time, half the windows they contracted out will not lock when closed, as well the original issue is still not fixed. Only have I received a text from him when was when I explained I was texting him to further document his lack of response to me reaching out to him. Great lip service at the beginning with a lack luster follow up. I just want the issue that was explained to me that would be fixed. To be fixed."
