First two days he did a really good job his sheet rock looked good and so did the backer board around the tub I gave him $500. After the first day. And I was pleased with what he had done those two days. On the third day after working that day he wanted $1500. Of what was owed him and I paid him the $1500. The next he did some terrible sheet rock work and left a lot of unsanded area that were hard to smooth out. I think he wasn’t here a lot of time that day. He would leave for long periods of time and his helpers were doing the work. Neither one of them spoke English. The man doing the tile appeared to be doing a good job but he had the tile on the wall about a foot past the edge of the tub. I told him I do not want the tile to go past the tub edge. He said he would fix it. But at the end of that day it was not changed completely it still hangs over about 4 or 5 inches and it doesn’t go to the floor it just stops about mid way down the tub. On the 4th day his workers came alone and only one of them was working sanding the sheet rock the sat in the car for about 2 hours until the boss came then he started working finishing the tub tile. And then the boss left again and returned around lunch time with lunch. While they were on lunch he smoked his marijauna. After lunch he did a very poor job of muddying some places on the walls and ceiling. Then he left again and left his workers here. Then the man who tiled the tub started tiling the floor. Way before they started I ask him the boss more than once if he knew how to put a cork floor down and he assured me that he did. (Well he didn’t) on the fifth day this was completion day they were to put everything back together. Just going in and looking it seemed ok. But it wasn’t. My husband had to do a lot of sanding on the sheet rock and around the tub tile hanging down the tub, they actually put nails in the floor tile they couldn’t get to stick, they nailed the light switch cover on, the handle to turn the tub on is not screwed in, the sink was not screwed in. After each my husband had to clean up their mess they never cleaned up. They didn’t cut the trim correctly.

We are so happy we found Richard the Handyman Services! During the process of selling our house we needed numerous jobs completed including new gutters. This company is amazing and completed everything we needed professionally and quickly. We will definitely call them for all future projects!
