"Ms. Campbell was very easy to work with and provided many options that would suite the uniqueness of my closet spaces. We decided upon the design and accessories, then set the install date. Chattanooga closets will remove existing closet systems, but I chose to remove them myself so that I could makes some repairs and paint the closet walls prior to the new Chattanooga Closet installation. The work crew (2 persons) arrived right on the appointment time and although estimated the full day to do both installations, they were done right after midday. They were very professional, neat, and quiet. I work from home so I attended virtual meetings with no interruption from the install process. I am enormously happy with my new closets! They work beautifully for what I need. I am considering my garage next just because of how quickly and neatly the work was done. The price was worth every penny in that I didn't have to go through the stress of measuring, purchasing, cutting, installing a system myself. While i'm 'handy' around the house, this process gave me the professional look that I wanted in a very quick timeframe. "I contacted Cabinets.com because of a friend's recommendation. I am totally remodeling my kitchen top to bottom and had no idea how to go about creating a design or much else.. From the first phone call, I was treated with kindness, patience, and respect. I was assigned designer Greg Flassig. I was nervous about all the questions I had and whether he'd be willing to walk me though the process for as long as it took. Not only was he willing, but Greg calmly and patiently answered every single question. He spent as much time with me as I needed, explaining what I didn't understand, adjusting what I needed, and suggesting. what was optimal for. my needs. He even brainstormed solutions with me when I was unhappy with any aspect of the design. Not only did Greg professionally and compassionately help me, but he had a way of reducing my anxiety when it reared up. Greg was respectful of my budget and my needs, and truly heard what I said. He answered every single question I had, and when I didn't know what to ask, he knew what to say. I can't wait to get my cabinets and create my dream kitchen. "I went to the Lowes on Gunbarrel in Chattanooga to order cellular shades. There was no one in the window treatment department so someone from another department who had no idea what he was doing came over to assist. It took about an hour to get the quote and to attempt to get the address changed on my account. He gave up on getting the address changed. The next step was measuring the windows. The contractor that measured the windows was good, but when we went to the store to finalize the purchase, the estimate had doubled, they still could not change our address on the account or complete the order. The associate called for a manger on multiple occasions and managers just walked by ignoring her. We were there for several hours. The associate gave up and asked us to come back the next day to finalize the order. Turns out she was off that day, so we had to go back a third day. The third day we were there for hours again. When we did finalize the order, I begged them not to send the shades to our previous state address as we no longer own that house. Keep in mind, they came to our house in Chattanooga to do the measurements. Low and behold I got a call from Lowe's headquarters to confirm that we received the shipment and of course the shades were shipped to our previous out of state address as the picture taken of the delivery had confirmed. Lowe's headquarters made things right, but I would not be surprised if this store is bleeding money. I do not blame the associate as it appears that the associates get little to no assistance from the management at this store. This location is giving Lowe's a bad name as a whole."
