I usually don?t leave reviews. But I would really like to give a positive shout out to Chattanooga Granite and Marble, Karla,
its owner, and all the crew.
First, I will mention that we had a very negative experience with another granite shop, which installed granite in our home twice and both times it was measured, cut and installed incorrectly. As a result of this, we were without counter tops in our kitchen for a month.
Luckily, we found Chattanooga Granite and Marble. From the moment we walked it, all the attention in the store was on us.
We were introduced to Karla, the owner of the business, who personally walked us around the shop and explained everything about the process ? from choosing granite to installation and follow up.  I was very nervous based on our previous experience, but Karla assured us that they will take a great care of us and will deliver based on our expectations. She did not lie! :):):)
We chose the particular slab of granite and scheduled measurement and installation appointments on the spot. Everything went as promised: measured perfectly, cut and installed on time, looks beautiful. Professionalism, quality of work and customer focus
have exceeded our expectations. We will be happy to work with Karla again in the future.
If you are looking for a local company that offers great quality granite and excellent execution, Chattanooga Granite and
Marble is the place. You will not regret it!
P.S. Just a note about their customer focus: we have an issue with the kitchen cabinet that will be corrected at a later time, so not all of the granite was installed. Karla has made special accommodations to measure and install the rest of granite when our kitchen is fixed.

They found the plumbing was leaking, the guy did a wonderful job we didnt have to call someone else to finish the job.

Found the exact granite I wanted, gave me a rate, date of installation, what to expect.
Turned out perfect

We picked out the granite that we wanted from a large display. The staff was able to answer all our many questions. We worked with Kelly on all the pricing, scheduling and details of the job. The man who came to the house to measure and layout the counter tops was thorough and professional. The scheduling for the install was right on time and the installation was accomplished perfectly. Vance and his installers took great pains to insure that we were satisfied with the work prior to them leaving. An additional piece of granite was cut and installed later the same day.
The backsplash was custom designed and installed beautifully. The installer was a subcontractor. Horacio of Kelly General Services was very easy to work with and asked for our thoughts throughout the project.
The end result is that we were very happy with our experience with Chattanooga Granite.
and oh by the way, they company that claims that they Rock was not impressive at all. We had talked with several companies prior to selecting Chattanooga Granite.

My experience went very well. The staff was very professional and highly knowledgeable in their field. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service provided. I would highly recommend this company to others.

My wife picked out a piece of granite from their stock, including the particular section from the sheet, and that piece was delivered. The installers showed up about an hour and a half late, but they called twice to keep us informed of the situation. We were the last install of the day and earlier jobs took longer than planned. When they arrived we determined that we wanted the stone installed a half inch different than shown on their plans. They made the change per our request. They worked late without complaint and performed quality work. I have to give a and quot;Cand quot; for punctuality because they were late, but I do appreciate their communicating their delay and willingness to work late.

After visiting several other granite suppliers and not being able to find exactly what we wanted, we found a remnant piece (which is much cheaper than an entire slab) here. They calculated a price, explaining all the charges and edge options and we purchased the stone. Due to circumstances we could not avoid it was much later than we expected that we needed the countertop. Candace followed up with us and kept the stone with our name on it for several months. When we needed the countetop, she set up a date and time for the template to be made, and the installers showed up on time. This is very important to us (and unusual!) in dealing with construction people. An install time was selected and on the date for installation Candace called to ask if they could come early. That's a first -early instead of late! We had asked for 2 triangular pieces to be cut to fit the corners of the shower for soap and shampoo shelves. I was not home when they came, so my husband paid for by these pieces (which were not included in the original purchase) by check. The invoice was for $100, $50 each. When I spoke to Candace about these, she originally quoted them at $20 each. I called her to compliment them on such a beautiful installation and to point out the discrepancy in the amount for the shelves. She apologized for the error and immediately offered to shred the check and then take a credit card over the phone for the correct amount. We decided to go to their office and pick up the check and pay in person so we could show them pictures of the installation. She agreed it looked very nice. All in all, Chattanooga Granite is a great place to do business. I have checked out most of the other granite suppliers in town and found Chattanooga Granite and Marble to be the best in price, service, selection, professionalism and promptness. Thanks for making my remodeling project beautiful!
