Very good selection of granite and other stone options including natural and man made choices. Staff helped sort through the choices and budget. Installation was done on time and without issues.

It was a wonderful experience. A great crew and a great product. I would reccomend this company to anyone.

They did an excellent job, and the quartz counter tops are beautiful.

I purchased the deal in November and when I went to pick out the granite, I was told that the price did not include removal of the old counter top and the sealer for the new counter top. I chose a more expensive piece of granite, so that also added to my costs. I received a bill that was incorrect and was immediately corrected, but on the new bill I was charged for the cook-top cutout which was never mentioned and tax, which was also never noted in the original bill. I received a "What to expect when purchasing new counter tops" sheet and no where did it say you will be charged extra for counter pull outs, cut outs, and sealers. Needless to say I was very disappointed in all the added costs. That said, I think my counter tops are beautiful and if they had been upfront about all of the added costs, I probably would have purchased the deal and been a satisfied customer.

They were very thorough in confirming our requirements before fabricating, worked with us on our changing installation schedule, and completed the installation quickly and professionally; confirming that we were 100% satisfied with the installation before leaving. We had some etching problems a few weeks following the initial installation and they sent a crew out to polish out the etches and re-sealed the counters. They stand by their work

When the installers came to put in counter top, one part did not fit. The installers did not try to get me to take it and were understanding and stated that one piece would not fit and needed to be another cut, very professional. They took it back, cut another piece and had it put in with only a few days delay. I was impressed with the people in the office, especially the installer and would definitely use them again!

Great - picked out the granite and sinks I wanted from their showroom/warehouse; gave a deposit and they came out the next week to install. Installation went well; they were on time, cleaned up and hauled away the old countertop and sinks, even took care of arranging for a plumber to be there to install my new faucets. Would definitely use them again.

The showroom was awesome. They were very personable and I had a ton of questions so they gave me a tour of the facility. The work was absolutely amazing.

Need a replacement work surface for my Green Egg nest.......contacted Crowe Counters and presented my plan.  They were quick, courteous and provided a great product!  Due to the nature of my job....my schedule varies, they were accommodating for final installation.

Crowe had a large variety of granite to choose from  The granite I chose, matched perfectly to the granite in our kitchen too.

The countertops look great, but the sink they sold me is too deep for the plumbing that is going out of my house. The garbage disposal now has water sitting in it and water ends up sitting in my dishwasher as well. The plumber they provided didn't tell me until after he completed the hookup. I called to see if they would allow me to return the sink if I were able to find a new one. This started a long drawn out process that clearly showed me they don't care about me as a customer at all. They have no intention of doing anything to help. I've had to call in multiple times and I basically get told it is my fault even though they sold me the sink and provided the plumber. I sincerely wish I'd have never found them on Angie's list.

terrible.....twice the piece was fabricated incorrectly resulting in 2 weeks or greater to have fabricated again. Each time the Customer Service Manager would avoid my calls and request for refund.

Everything went very well. They arrived on the dates we discussed and the kitchen turned out great!

Crowe did a fabulous job; we were quite pleased with the outcome of the work.

Lousy business practices. We were lured into doing business with Crowe because of their good prices and relatively friendly service. On our second visit we were pressured into "making a deposit on our granite so they could save it for us. They also promised on 3 separate occasions that from template to delivery would take approx. ONE (1) week. Based on our sales representative promise, we left to hard schedule a date with our contractor. When I called SEVEN (7) days later to schedule template and installation i was told it would be EIGHT days before they could template, then EIGHTEEN days after that for installation! Total of TWENTY SIX days!! This was from July 13th to August 8th! When I explained my contractor will have moved on by then, I was told that is too bad, they are a big busy company and thats how they operate. When i requested a refund on my deposit on I was charged a "restocking fee" I protested and asked for a manager and got nowhere. I was informed that I had signed contract that states they can charge me after five days. I cancelled seven days out from contract. No work had been done, simply a sticker placed on the slab in the yard, I immediately went to another granite company 4 miles away from Crowe and had replacement granite rescheduled and done in one week. The cost differential between the new granitic and Crowe was less than $200. They held me accountable for their "signed contract" but not their sales representative that made a verbal commitment. This is a scam business practice and you can find lots of better and more professional granite providers. Don't walk away, RUN!

We appreciate the integrity and professionalism of Crowe Counters. They were responsive throughout the entire process. After install, we had one issue that needed to be addressed. They sent someone out quickly to assess and made the necessary corrections with no pushback. Definitely recommend their services, the new counters look great.

It went nowhere as far as Crowe fixing what they messed up. The salesman was rude, not caring to our dilemnia, offered no help at all. We had to stop payment on the second and final payment in hopes of getting a response from them. It took two weeks before we got a call from the department handling the payments. They had us down as our check bouncing which was not the case. We have all paperwork as to our actions. After talking to a very nice woman in the payment department, we did get the cost of the sealing that was not done, and the cost of the man cutting out the cabinet.
