We pulled up the carpet in our sons room and noticed it had nice hardwood underneath, it just needed Lots of love. We asked around for recommendations and the majority were for 1st Class Flooring. We contacted Tony and he gave us all the different stain and finish options. The floors were in bad shape and he took the extra time to make sure they came out amazing. There was no dust in our home from all the sanding and there was no smell with the chemicals used. Tony and Nathan were very professional, on time and made the hole process smooth and with out any doubt. We would highly recommend 1st Class Flooring to anyone out there.

Not only is the end result fabulous, the process of scheduling, communication and clean up was impressive. I was remote while the work was being done and Tony provided daily updates as well as recommendations on how to get the best results. A true professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Tony and crew are trustworthy, dependable and masters of their craft. My new floors are beautiful! Tony kept me informed every step of the way as this was practically a whole house install. There was an issue with the trucking company delivering my new flooring, but Tony totally handled it for me and even drove to Atlanta to pick up the wood when it appeared that the trucking company was not going to deliver in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend 1st Class Flooring and would not think twice about hiring them again.

First Class Flooring refinished 100-year old pine floors, including patching a section that was damaged. They did excellent work. The floors are gorgeous. Tony runs a very professional, well oiled business. Unlike other contractors/home improvement specialists we have used in the past, he actually responded to our initial call the same day. He was at our home the next day to prepare an estimate (which he delivered to us that night). He offered his suggestions on what might work best for us.....which actually saved us money! He replaced the hardwood in the playroom with red oak so that it would match the older hardwood in the living room (which he sanded and refinished). His crew was prompt and professional. The finished work is incredible, and we are loving our beautiful hardwood floor. We will use him again when we build our addition. Top notch! TV from Chickamauga

Everything went very well. We needed to replace a few boards in our dining room, so I went straight to Angie's List to check reviews, for hardwood floor installers. Because of their outstanding reviews, I called 1st Class Flooring & talked to Tony, the owner. I told him of my issue & he said he could stop by withing an hour & take a look. Talk about prompt service! He came over & his crew immediately pulled out the damaged boards. He told me what the price would be for the labor & the cost of a box of new flooring. We agreed & the next day the crew dropped of the box of new wood & we made an appointment to have it installed in 6 days. They completed the work yesterday & we are extremely happy with our floor. Tony runs a great company. He & his crew are very polite & professional & he genuinely cares about his employees. When the time comes to get our floors refinished, we will be calling 1st Class Flooring. Thanks Tony!!

Tony and his crew are incredibly professional, punctual, and beat all the time estimates on the jobs they performed at my house. Honestly, the flooring in the room we required work done is more solid now than when we first moved in a year ago. His prices beat the area competition and he has the state of the art flooring equipment so the area ends up cleaner than before his crew arriving. We will definitely use on all future flooring projects!

Tony and his crew were recommended to me by a friend who lives in an older home on Signal Mountain. He did a fantastic job on her floors, and she thought he would do a great job on ours. She was right. We bought a large old home on Signal Mountain, and we were doing the renovation in phases over 18 months. Tony came out and examined the entire job, and I was impressed right away. He was knowledgeable and honest about the issues he found with our house of which there were many. His pricing was reasonable, and I felt immediately that he was the best guy for the job. Tony completely refinished the oak floors in the living room and one guest suite, and they were gorgeous. He matched the red oak to the cherry cabinets we ordered, and the two woods looked fabulous together. In the next phase, he did the oak stairs and oak floors upstairs in the kids' bedrooms. That floor was incredibly uneven, and Tony and his crew did a fantastic job of leveling a 100 year old floor that put up a good fight. By the time the renovation will be complete at the end of the month, Tony will have either installed or refinished almost every square inch of the oak floor of my more than 5000 square foot home. In a couple of weeks, he will install my foyer floor in a herringbone pattern with an oak and walnut border. That will be his final install for us. We are saving the best for last. Tony has been an indispensable member of our renovation team. He and his employees have made our home beautiful, and we appreciate it. We put our trust in him, and our gorgeous oak floors are the result. One word of warning: His singing voice is less than optimal. However, when he starts wailing away to classic rock, you know he's in the groove and working happily. You will be satisfied with the result.

We couldn't be happier! The work was beautifully done and the entire crew were a pleasure to have for the 8 days of work. The 'dustless' system kept the mess to an absolute minimum, and we love the color and finish we chose with Tony's help. We plan to have them back to refinish the stairs and another room upstairs later this year. Tony works really hard to get everything just a perfect as possible!

It went great ! Tony and his guys were here on time and were very professional yet acted as though they had known us for years . I felt comfortable with them and very pleased with their work. It was the second time I had hired them to lay new hardwood and I will call them again when I am ready to have my other floors refinished . Tony also calls back to make sure that you are totally happy with your service . You just don't get that much these days !
